Ahh, we all know no physique can ever look aesthetic or fit without tight abdomen muscles.
So I would like to know what 3 exercises you prefer over others when it comes to abs workout?

If u want to know excercise just for abs(upper and lower) than hanging leg raises, rope crunches and mountain climbing are best according to me. Remember these excercise are just for abs not obliques.
