Why Fitcamp?

By thinking why FITCAMP, you are asking why FITNESS?
In our mortal world, a person who is not physically fit can never live his/her life to the fullest no matter how much money or resources he may have.
Many train, many don't but a very few people are actually fit!
So where does the problem lie?
 
The problem lies with the conventional training system.
The problem lies in depending on chemically processed so called 'food' to get nutrition when mother nature has all the solutions within it.

The problem arises when 'becoming fit' gets restricted to aesthetic bodybuilding only thinking it is equal to becoming fit.

The problem occurs when looking good becomes more important than becoming strong, flexible, agile, explosive, sharp & balanced.

Then there are those who never wanted to get in shape by having a careless attitude towards this wonderful body of ours. To remain fit, Exercise is optional, but Movement is essential.

 

A Chinese proverb says, "Your body becomes better  & better at whatever it do or don't do"
You move? you will become better at it.
You don't move? you will become better at it too!
But in the end, One life. One body. One chance!
